After the returning from the Christmas Break, at Malvern House London it’s very much ‘back to business’!
During January and February the school always has an influx of groups from overseas schools. This year is no different, with school numbers expanded by the arrival of school groups from Italy, Brazil and China.
Malvern House London is buzzing with their conversation, as they meet each other and find that the language that they already have in common with each other is…English!
School Groups usually stay with us for a shorter amount of time than our individual students, which means they have a lot of activities to pack in to their stay. This weekend our Brazilian group went to Edinburgh in Scotland, and next weekend they are travelling from Kings Cross station to Paris, France!
Our Chinese group went first to Cambridge on Saturday for the day, and then to Windsor to visit the castle on Sunday. Today they will have a walking tour along the South Bank of the River Thames, where they will see London Bridge, St. Paul’s Cathedral, cafe’s, art galleries, the National Theatre and Big Ben. Before they go home they will also visit the Harry Potter Studios, the London Eye, the Sherlock Holmes Museum, that National Gallery and the British Museum!
There is always lots to see and do in London, and if you’re only here for a short stay, you will be very busy indeed – but you will have a lot of wonderful memories afterwards and some great photo’s for your social media pages!
