Our students' wellbeing is at the heart of what we do

At Malvern House, we know that you trust us not only with providing the best English language study experience, but also with your safety and wellbeing. This is why we take extra care to ensure measures are in place to support and safeguard our students.

Welfare team

Each centre has a dedicated safeguarding team, who are all trained at Safeguarding Level 3. They are either managers or on the student services team and are here to support you.

Staff training and support

All staff members receive Basic Safeguarding and Prevent training. They are here to care for you and are encouraged to be approachable, understanding, and aware.

First Aid staff

Each centre has at least three staff members that are trained in first aid.

Emotional and mental wellbeing

We understand that coming to stay and study in the UK might be a new and daunting experience for you. We offer advice, comfort, and support if you are experiencing homesickness, culture shock, or just need someone to talk to.

Emergency contact information

When you arrive, you will receive an emergency contact card with all necessary contact details and our 24-hour emergency number.
