Esse curso interativo, informativo e prático é adequado tanto para professores de inglês quanto para aqueles que usam o inglês como idioma de ensino em outras disciplinas.

Different aspects of teaching are explored with an emphasis on building effective communication in classes.

In particular you will:

1. Refletir criticamente sobre seu próprio estilo de ensino e compreender estilos de ensino alternativos
2. Analyse how students learn and how to motivate and maintain interest during lessons
3. Develop teaching strategies for the application of core CLIL methodology
4. Understand the challenges around interdisciplinary teaching
   and scaffolding learning in non-native speaking environment

Conteúdo

Escolhendo entre o conteúdo modular do curso, o grupo irá explorar:

1. CLIL teaching methodology, for example the 4Cs and integrated skills work.
2. Classroom management strategies, for example for emergent language, mistakes and feedback
3. Teaching techniques to effectively balance the development of students’ language skills and subject knowledge
4. Materials development – how to best take advantage of textbooks and other sources to create CLIL materials
