AEC Education the provider of educational services in the UK, Europe and Asia announces that at its AGM held this morning all the resolutions proposed, including a resolution in relation to a change of name, were passed.
Change of Name
Shareholders have approved the change of Company name to:
Malvern International plc
The change of name will be effective once Companies House has issued a certificate of incorporation on change of name. This is expected to occur on or around 14 September 2016. The tradable instrument display mnemonic (“TIDM”) of the Company is expected to change to MLVN with effect from 7 a.m. on 15 September 2016.
