LLM International Commercial Law
This course offers a progression opportunity for continuing law students and provides an introduction to law for students from other academic backgrounds. You will explore many of the facets of international commercial law, for example which law applies between international parties when dealing with international commercial disputes, what the criminal liabilities for international corporations are, and how intellectual property is protected in the global market.
